Upgrades
Important: To upgrade to Tradingeye v6 you must first be running Tradingeye v5. Users running Tradingeye v4 or earlier will first need to upgrade to version 5 or perform a new install. Any customisations made to your previous Tradingeye v5 setup could possibly be overwritten by the v6 upgrade. The upgrade may overwrite edited files, replacing them with the new ones. We firstly strongly recommend that all files are fully backed up before performing any upgrade. We also urge you to consider that the design or customisation you have on your previous versions will not be carried over in the upgrade. This includes design and code customisations. The upgrade fee is only for the shop files - not for any customisations or design edits. As always, should you have any questions or concerns, please do contact us first.
