- All sales of digital products are final, so please check spelling and extensions at registration. We do not permit the return of or offer refunds for digital downloads or other digital products. This includes TradingEye licenses, domain names and SSLs. Once they are registered and issued they cannot be edited or replaced. If you experience technical problems accessing a download, you may be able to resolve your problem right away by visiting support.tradingeye.com
