Tradingeye support works by means of credits which are given out free with each license. Additional support credits can also be purchased depending on the nature of your query, which have no time limit. You can also get free help and advice on our Community Forum.
Note: Bug fixes will carried out free of charge on standard installations only. Although our technical support staff can take care of bug fixes on bespoke developments carried out by parties other than ourselves, please bear in mind that such work may be billable.
