The product packages builder enables you to group products together as bundles. An example of this could be a rugby kit which has a pair of shorts, socks and a shirt.
Build Package
From this section you would go ahead and build your product package. Please note you must first create a product which will be the main package e.g. Rugby Kit and also make sure you select the productpackage.htm template as oppose to your standard product template when building your product.
Current Department
In this left hand section you would need to select the department the product kit belongs to and click on view items.
Listed Items
Once you have selected the department where your product kit is situated, all products within that department will show up. Select the product kit in question. This is now your main product package. Once you have set this up you can go through the above two steps again and actually add other products to that kit such as the socks, shorts and t-shirt.
Disassemble Package
You can also disassemble a product package you have built. Go to the main product package page but this time click on Disassemble.
Select template
Once you have clicked on Disassemble, you will now be presented with a window to select the product template you would like to set for the product after it has been disassembled e.g. will it form another product package or go back to being a standard product.
