Welcome to the Tradingeye admin. From here you see a quick overwiew of your site from inventory levels and sales to top statistics and customers.
Note: Before you start building your site do make sure you go through all your 'Settings' as this is where you setup and control the core functionality from choosing which payment methods you want to offer to entering your company name and address.
Inventory
Best Sellers
The best sellers enables you to see which products have been sold the most in units and the current price for each product.
Out of Stock
The out of stock report shows which products are out of stock with their original and current stock levels.
Low in Stock
The low in stock report shows which products are low in stock with their minimum stock levels (alert levels which you can set) and the current stock for each product.
Sales
New Orders
The new orders report shows which orders have recently come in and lists their invoice number, customer name and order total.
Pending Orders
Pending orders are orders which have been received but are awaiting payment. An example of this could be if someone is paying by cheque or cash on delivery.
Imcomplete Orders
Incomplete orders are orders which have had an error of some sort ranging from a declined transaction to the user closing down their browser window before completing a purchase.
Statistics
Top Searches
The top searches report shows which search terms have been entered the most on the site with how many times the term has been searched for and how many records have been found.
Most Viewed
The most viewed product report shows which products have been looked at the most on the site and the price of each product.
Abandonment
The cart abandonment report shows which products have been added to the shopping cart/basket and the number of times that product actually ended up getting purchased.
Customers
New Custiomers
The new customers report shows all your new customers with their name, signup date and which Country they ordered from.
Returning Customers
The returning customers report shows all customers that make a repeat purchase on your site with the total number of orders they have made to date and their total spend.
Best Paying
The best paying customer report shows you all your top spending customers which the numbers of orders they have palaced and the total spend for all their orders.
