Search

From here you can search for customers by first or last name, city, county/state and country.

Customer Status

This feature enables you to delete customers from your database but also disable or enable them. Disabling a customer means that they will no longer be able to login on the site. This is useful for banned users.

View Customer

This is your main customer details page.

Contact Details

This is pretty straight forward and you can add/edit any details for each customer such as name and address.

Email Password

This option enables you to re-send the login details for your customer if for example they have forgotten them.

Newsletter

Customers have the ability (if the feature has been turned on under the feature settings) to signup to your mailing list as HTML, Plain Text or not at all. From this section you can see your customer’s preferences and also update them.

Member Points

If the member point’s promotion has been turned on, this section enables you to view how many member points each customer has and also update the number.

Trade Customer

If your trade/retail feature has been turned on, this section enables you to see what a customer has signed up as i.e. trade (wholesale) or retail as you can set different pricing options for each group.

Order History

Any orders that have been placed by a customer will show up in the right hand column of this page. From here you can easily see what each customer has purchased.
